New Dawn is a personalised, licensed and dedicated home-based clinic based in St. John’s, Worcester. Dawn specialises in electrolysis hair removal, advanced electrolysis (Skin Tags, Milia, Warts and Veruccae, Red Veins and Spider Naevi, Seborrhoeic Keratosis, Blood Spots, Age Spot Removal, Mole Reduction etc), Transgender electrolysis (MTF) and waxing.

Dawn qualified in 2006 and very quickly realised that hair removal was her passion, especially electrolysis, due to the fact that she could help clients to feel better about themselves and to give them confidence within themselves. She is discreet, professional, caring and friendly, and offers a confidential service.

Dawn is a member of the British Institute & Association of Electrolysis(BIAE), the only Professional Body in the UK dedicated to Electrolysis and representing Professional Electrologists in the UK and overseas, which demands the highest ethical standards, professional conduct and good practice within the industry. Members need to pass an entrance exam and undertake continued professional development (CPD) annually to maintain membership.This ensures that her knowledge and techniques are kept up to date, and this qualification allows Dawn to work alongside the NHS providing hair removal for transgender clients, by clearing unwanted facial hair and body hair in preparation for surgery.

When I arrived for my appointment Dawn immediately put me at ease with her warm and welcoming smile. I found her to be very professional as she explained she would be able to do the treatment within the time allocated although I must admit I was skeptical!

I was pleasantly surprised that not only did she remove all the skin tags as she promised but also did a couple of blemishes that I pointed out to her on my face. I only felt a bit of stinging but I was expecting some level of pain.

Dawn told me she loves her job and that is very plain to see. I was super impressed - I felt safe in her capable hands and shall be recommending her to all my friends!
